Thank you for presenting at the NANS 2026 Annual Meeting. NANS 2026 offers a best-in-class educational experience where neuromodulation medical professionals, experts, scientists, and innovators come together. As a faculty member for NANS 2026 you contribute significantly to the quality of the education sessions.
About faculty communication
All faculty communications come directly from NANS staff only.
Please be aware that all communications and assistance regarding faculty participation in the upcoming NANS 2026 will come directly from NANS staff only. You may encounter individuals claiming to offer help with preparing faculty; however no outside parties are authorized to contact or support you on behalf of NANS.
If you receive such outreach, kindly disregard it and please reach out to Kim Stamp, NANS Education Coordinator at kstamp@neuromodulation.org.
Speaker ready room
- Speaker ready room procedures
- Mandatory Visit: All speakers are REQUIRED to visit the Speaker Ready Room before their session, regardless of prior submission, review, and acceptance of your presentation to the NANS Speaker Management System.
- Arrival Time: You must report to the Speaker Ready Room at least one (1) day in advance of your session to submit your presentation.
- If you are not in town the day prior plan to arrive at least three (3) hours before your session.
- Please DO NOT bring your presentation directly to the session room.
- Presentation Upload: Final versions of your presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room as they will be sent electronically to the session rooms. Presentation submission is vital to a successful annual meeting.

AV setup in sessions rooms
Breakfast / concurrent session rooms
Podium, microphone at the podium, wireless remote device, confidence monitor (PowerPoint notes will be available for viewing if needed), and speaker timer. Microphones will also be at the head tables and one in the audience for Q&A.
Plenary session room
Podium, wireless lavaliere microphone, wireless remote device, confidence monitors (PowerPoint notes will be available for viewing if needed) and speaker timer. Please go to the Green Room in back of the stage where you will get our microphone. Microphones will also be in the audience for Q&A if needed.
Badge pick up
Pick up your badge at Registration located in the Promenade Corridor (across from Verona), Promenade Level.

Presentation instructions
Video presentations
Any videos must be embedded due to internet speed. Please do not include any YouTube links in your slides, as these may result in technical issues.
Animations
We recommend you limit the amount of animations in your slides so as not to cause delays when presenting.
File Format
The submission system only accepts files in the form of ppt or pptx.
The NANS Annual Meeting template for your PowerPoint presentation can be found here and in the Speaker Management System. Please note that all PowerPoint Presentations must be in 16:9 (widescreen).
ACCME accreditation guidelines for presentations
NANS is the accredited provider and must ensure that Annual Meeting presentations comply with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.

Disclosure Slide for Faculty
A disclosure slide SHOULD NOT be included in the presentation. As an ACCME requirement, NANS will provide an official list of relevant financial disclosures to learners prior to the meeting. This list is based on the disclosure information submitted when faculty accept the invitation to participate.

Standard 1: Ensure Content is Valid
- Presentations must give a balanced view of therapeutic options. All recommendations for patient care must be based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning.
- Scientific research must conform to generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection, analysis and interpretation.
- Include citations and reference information about any data presented (study dates, design, etc.). New and evolving topics must be clearly identified in the presentation slides.
- Present topics without advocating for, or promoting practices that are not, or not yest adequately based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning.
Standard 2: Prevent Commercial Bias and Marketing in Accredited Continuing Education
- Faculty must not promote or sell products or services that serve their professional or financial interest during accredited education. Please review the NANS Policy on Financial Relationships with Ineligible Companies.
- Presentations must be free of commercial bias for or against any company, product, drug, or device.
Speaker management system
Faculty received email invitations to their individual speaker portal page in the Speaker Management System. This includes details on your specific session(s), and information on how to complete your faculty tasks (i.e., bio, photo, disclosure) and upload presentation materials.
In addition to this, faculty received instructions on how to register for the meeting and book your hotel room. If you have any questions regarding your registration or hotel reservation please contact Molly Pusateri, NANS Meetings Manager, at mpusateri@neuromodulation.org.
