Room Policies

Rates & Policies

The following policies apply to all NANS group-rate room bookings at Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas:

Max Occupancy

Maximum 4 people per room. An additional nightly fee of $30 plus tax applies per person for rooms with more than two occupants.

Resort Fee

Rates do not include a $33 ($37.42 with tax) daily Resort Fee and 13.38% occupancy tax (subject to change). The Resort Fee includes in-room high speed Internet each day (two devices per day), daily access to the fitness center for two, and all local phone calls.

Payment / Deposit Fee

All reservations require a one-night room and tax deposit to guarantee the guest room. The hotels accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment. 

Changes & Cancellations

Hotel Changes & Cancellations

You may make changes or cancel your reservation online once housing opens.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid penalty charges. If you do not cancel your reservation in time or fail to check in on the scheduled date of arrival your deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited. Your reservation will also be cancelled for the remainder of the stay.

Airport Information
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is located 3.5 miles away (15-minute drive). Taxis and ride share (Lyft & Uber) are available at the airport.

Rideshare & Taxi

Lyft and Uber available curbside at LAS airport arrival level. Estimated fare: $15–25 to Caesars.

Parking

Parking available at both hotels. Click here to view current parking fees and garage locations.

Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail stops adjacent to Caesars Palace. A convenient option from other Strip hotels or the convention center.

International Attendees

Visa Information

Obtaining a U.S. Visa

Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, Consulate, or other visa issuing office in your country of origin. Please begin your visa application process as soon as possible — some countries take several months to process applications.

For visa purposes, if you require a Letter of Invitation from NANS for your visa application, please email Jennifer Richards your name, company and mailing address, and a personalized letter will be sent to you.

Please note: Invitation letters imply no obligation by the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) to cover registration fees, accommodations, travel expenses, or any other costs associated with participation in this meeting. NANS is not able to contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any individual attempting to enter the United States to attend the meeting.
