The submission period for educational session proposals for the NANS 2027 Annual Meeting has now closed.
Thank you to everyone who submitted ideas to help shape the scientific and educational program. The NANS Scientific Program Committee will review all proposals in the coming months, and submitters will be notified once selections are finalized.

Proposals may be submitted for the following session formats:
Pre-Conference (Full-Day) Courses
Breakfast Sessions (60m)
Concurrent Sessions (90m, including oral abstracts)
Panel Sessions (90m, including oral abstracts)
Each format has specific structure and faculty limits.

CME Guidelines for Education Sessions
NANS is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and adheres to the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education. Planners and faculty cannot be owners or employees of ineligible companies in continuing medical education activities. Please review the NANS Policy on Financial Relationships with Ineligible Companies.
Selection Process
Final proposal selection and scheduling are determined by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC). The SPC may request proposal modifications, including merging sessions or adjusting faculty.
Submitters will be notified of committee decisions in mid to late May 2026.
